Rambo: The Video Game

Strap in for a bizarre trip down memory lane with this arcade-style rail shooter that attempts to cram the first three Rambo films into one explosive, albeit clunky, package. You aren't exploring an open world here; you are locked on a path, tasked with mowing down waves of enemies using a mix of iconic weaponry, stealth, and quick-time events. It is a strange, unapologetically loud experience that feels like a relic of a bygone era, prioritizing over-the-top action set pieces and destructible environments over modern polish. It is a chaotic, head-scratching tribute to 80s action cinema that refuses to take itself too seriously.
