Ever wanted to play as a guy who literally falls to pieces during a fight? NeverDead puts you in the shoes of Bryce Boltzmann, an immortal demon hunter who treats dismemberment like a minor inconvenience. Instead of a standard health bar, you spend your time rolling your severed head around to reattach your limbs while blasting through hordes of monsters. It is a bizarre, chaotic third-person action experiment that tries to blend hack-and-slash combat with a unique regeneration gimmick, resulting in a game that is as frustratingly clunky as it is weirdly memorable.
