Wanted: Dead is a bizarre, high-octane love letter to the clunky, ambitious action games of the PS2 era. You play as Hannah Stone, a hard-boiled cop in a dystopian Hong Kong, leading a squad through a fever dream of corporate conspiracies and relentless violence. It is a chaotic hybrid of precision sword-slashing and third-person shooting that refuses to take itself seriously. Between brutal combat encounters, you will find yourself in jarringly mundane minigames like karaoke or ramen-eating contests. It is scrappy, unapologetically weird, and feels like a relic from a different time that somehow crash-landed in the modern day.
